Understanding what your business is worth is the first step toward a successful sale. At National Business Brokers & Consultants, we provide confidential, no-obligation business valuations based on real financial data — not guesswork.

What We Need to Perform Your Valuation

1. Financial Statements
Three years of Profit & Loss Statements from your CPA or accounting software such as QuickBooks (December year-end if on a calendar year), and/or Tax Returns including the first page of filed returns and any Other Deductions detail (Line Item 19). At minimum we need the most recent year, though a single year limits our ability to identify trends.

2. Asset Values
An estimate of the fair market value of any assets or equipment transferring with the sale, including Franchise Value, Intellectual Property, Lease terms, and Key Man Insurance.

3. Inventory
The cost of inventory plus any freight-in costs that will transfer with the sale.

4. Additional Factors
Anything else that may affect value — owner as sole employee, customer concentration, pending contracts, etc.

The process is completely confidential. We will never share your information without your permission.
